Scott Stratten is the President of Un-Marketing.com. Last night I reached out to my Twitter friends to come up with the best songs that help build intensity in a workout. Scott came up with some really good tunes. See if you can figure out which ones are my faves and which ones are his! Hint: I am a Wolverine fan.

Hey Rebecca,
I recently stumbled into your blog from burghblog.com. I like this playlist very much and might have to give it a try. Well, except for #1, can I replace that with Fight on State/Penn State Blue Band?
I like your posts about running with your girls. My little guy is not old enough yet but I take him in a jogging stroller on occasion. Mostly I can just never find time to run. So until I do, I will live vicariously through you, and use your blog as motivation to tie on my Nikes and get out the door!
Do you Nike+ yet? It’s good stuff.
Many good miles to you!
