		<description>Rebecca,

Simple, yet inspiring advice. (You’ll never feel this tired again. So the worst part is over.)

I am a runner but have been sidelined for the past 10 yrs with a hip problem that is almost inexplicable. (I don't want you to be scared, it was not caused by running.)

I had my third, and hopefully last, surgery on December 22, 2008. Last week I took my first few tentative laps around the little track at my gym, alternating my awkward walk with what must have looked like torturous half jogging. My gym buddies were encouraging, as they have seen me on crutches and cane.

The hardest thing was to control my facial muscles from conveying pain.

I am fortunate that during this time I was able to bike, both indoors and out and keep some muscle tone using weights. The bike was a life saver in more ways than one.

When I go back to the gym tomorrow, I'll think of your 21 day plan.

Thanks alot!</description>
